Stayed here overnight. Everything was booked and confirmed. Arrived at the hotel and was advised that the room had been cleaned but not signed off by the supervisor. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes for this to happen. Got to the room which was exceptional. Took a bit to find all the light switches but found them eventually. Bed was big and comfortable and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.

The service was from the time we arrived to the time we left was excellent, the concierge greeted us by the car and organised our luggage and explained the car parking options to us. The room was clean, cosy and quite, the bed was super comfortable and the bed linen was fresh and clean the duel shower had great pressure and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash body lotion and hand wash were lovely and smelt good the meals were delicious we really enjoyed the seafood chowder and there was a great selection of wine. The room off the lobby was warm and cosy, especially as it was a cold wintery night.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! DELIGHTFUL! Shower was amazing and an excellent size. Awesome to have a pool indoors at accommodation too and it was the perfect temperature. Would also like to note that we lost power in the morning that we were checking out and weren't able to use any of the wall plugs, including the jug so couldn't make coffee. Rang downstairs via my cellphone and they brought up complimentary coffee since we couldn't make our own. Lovely service.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Excellent location and very comfortable accommodation. Having stayed here several times over the years, certainly up to expectations!!

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at (and im currently at the Hilton in Queenstown!) Staff were so friendly, the bar and toilets downstairs were lovely, the atmosphere was fancy and professional yet still family friendly! They have really kept their rooms and service up to scratch, which is not very common these days. The beds were dreamy, and there were so many cute little extra's like a hair comb, which really made my stay. Its also a GREAT location, right in town

Bed and pillows were amazing, felt like we just sank into them. We were able to walk easily to places we were going that evening. Room service staff were exceptional. The happy birthday complimentary platter was nice.

The room was exceptional, had everything we needed in it plus great view from bathroom, bed and sofa. The location was excellent, couldn't have made life easier or more fun for getting around. The bed was SO comfortable and great pillows!

The staff were really helpful and friendly. They attend to our bags and show us to our room. The bed was comfortable and the lounge is very luxurious. The food is tasty and coffee is top notch. We had the club access package. Definitely the way to go to treat a loved one.
